Aphonopelma eutylenum known commonly as the California Ebony Tarantula and Aphonopelma reversum known as the San Diego Bronze Tarantula. Both species are considered to be semi-arid species and are terrestrial in habitat requirements. Being terrestrial species they are burrowers.
